Before You Hire A Limousine Service READ This:

“How to Choose a Limousine Service”

                                                                                by: Lawrence Carmon

Your event is can be one of the most memorable days of your life; but there are so many things that can go wrong to ruin that memory.

Let’s face it, choosing a good limousine service is one of the major keys to making your event successful.  Yet for most, choosing a limo service is an afterthought.

Choose the right limousine company and your event goes off without a hitch.  Choose the wrong one and the all your fun can turn into a nightmare.

Sure, you can drive yourself and save a few bucks, but that can be a hassle.  You and your party have to cram into a car – which isn’t always easy if you are dressed in a tux or evening gown.  Wouldn’t you agree that it’s better to arrive in style in your own chauffeured limousine?  You’ll be the envy of all those that didn’t get one.

So your best bet is to show up in a limo.  But, there are big problems with that too.  The sad truth is that there are people who buy a limo and drive around on the weekend for some spare cash.  This is like you buying a stethoscope and claiming to be a doctor.  Do you really want a hobbyist in charge of the most memorable event of your life?

My company, Larry’s Limos, has been in business since 1996, serving clients, just like you and making their events unforgettable and hassle free.  And I’ll guarantee my service, but first…

Here are 6 Things You Must Know Before Booking a Limousine Service:

  1. Isn’t one limousine service as good as another?

No, absolutely not!  This is one of the biggest misconceptions.  First ask yourself, what are you looking for?  If the company only does ~funeral service~ and you need a limo for your wedding, then that company wouldn’t be the best to choose because they wouldn’t fully understand your needs for the wedding.  You want a company that is experienced in the type of driving you are looking for.

  1. The limousine service that offers the lowest price is the one you should hire.

This may or may not be true.  The prices that are offered to you might not be for the services you want.  Just because one company charges $60 an hour and another charges $90, that does not mean that you save thirty dollars by going with the cheaper of the two.  As shocking as it may seem, there are guys that have one limo, that drive on the weekends to earn some spare cash.  Many of these “fly-by-night” operators charge very low prices to get jobs, but also deliver sub-par service   simply because they don’t have the experience or dedication that an established company can offer you.  Often times, you’ll get what you paid for.  It is always better to pay a little more and be completely satisfied instead of paying less and being disappointed.

3.            Is the company that you are considering, insured and licensed?

This is vitally important.  You must make sure that the company you are dealing with is insured.  Many smaller companies look at insurance as a costly annoyance rather that a concern for their client, and will forgo getting insurance.  If they can’t produce proof that they are insured, they most likely aren’t and should be avoided like the plaque.  Another consideration is if their limousines are licensed.  A reputable company should also be able to provide proof of that as well.

4.            Can the company provide you with testimonials and ample proof that they deliver quality service?

Testimonials are of the utmost importance.  Although what the limousine operators tells you is likely to be true, ask for testimonials.  When you can see what other people had to say, it reinforces the company’s quality service.  If they don’t have testimonials, it is an indication that they aren’t very good, don’t care, or only drive part-time for extra money.

5.            Ask for references!

Testimonials are vitally important for making an informed decision.  However, there are some unethical companies that will make up testimonials.  The limousine operator should willingly offer references that you can ask questions and hear “in their words” what they though of the limousines service.

6.            Does the limousine service guarantee your satisfaction”

The vast majority of limousine companies don’t offer any type of a guarantee.  This is their way to deliver marginal service, and weasel out of taking any responsibility.  Refuse to hire any company that doesn’t have and extremely liberal satisfaction guarantee.  When you find a company that guarantees their services, you know that you are dealing with a reputable, high quality operation.  A limousine service that has a guarantee shows that they are completely convinced of the high quality of their service.

By getting the answers to these questions, and becoming informed on how to choose the limousine service that’s right for you, you can make an informed intelligent decision.  You’ll also be able to rest assured that you have found a quality limousine service, at a fair price per value.

In summary, if you are only concerned with getting the cheapest price, there are plenty of options available to you.  On the other hand, if you desire he quality, guaranteed satisfaction, and a hassle-free experience of a completely professional company, than I invite you to call our office so we can discuss this in further detail.  Please call 1-866-872-3570 or if you prefer, you can leave your name and telephone number and a description of your needs at my email address mailto:larry@larryslimos.com, and I’ll contact you.
